Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

These Terms govern digital marketing services provided by Sauce Digitals, LLC, including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising management, analytics support, and related strategic services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients of Sauce Digitals, LLC agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to required platforms so campaigns can be launched and managed effectively.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees payable to Sauce Digitals, LLC are defined in each client agreement. Media spend paid directly to ad platforms is separate from management fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Performance Expectations

Sauce Digitals, LLC applies commercially reasonable efforts and best practices, but specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to market competition and third-party platform changes.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the notice period in the governing service agreement. Upon termination, Sauce Digitals, LLC will complete agreed transition steps after outstanding balances are resolved.
